Medical Supplies Store shares inventory with our physical storefront, which can result in variances in inventory availability. If a product is unavailable, we will notify you and offer options or a refund.
For all Canadian orders, we ship through trusted courier partners. For RUSH ORDERS, we offer express courier delivery — please contact us for details. Normal delivery time is 3–7 business days to major cities, plus a few extra days for remote locations.
Alberta & Saskatchewan Shipping Charges:
• Orders under $250: CAD$25.00 / 3–7 Business Days
• Orders over $250 (before taxes): FREE SHIPPING / 3–7 Business Days
Other Provinces Shipping Charges:
• Orders under $500: CAD$35.00 / 3–7 Business Days
• Orders over $500 (before taxes): FREE SHIPPING / 3–7 Business Days
Remote & Northern Locations: Shipping rates for remote or northern locations may vary. If your postal code falls outside our standard delivery coverage, we will contact you with a revised shipping quote before processing your order.
Rush & Express Orders: Need it faster? We offer express courier delivery for rush orders. Please contact us before placing your order so we can arrange the best delivery option.
Tracking: All shipped orders include a tracking number, which will be emailed to you once your order leaves our store.
In-Store Pick Up
Pickups are available Monday to Saturday at 13737 127 St NW, Edmonton, AB T6V 1A8. Orders placed before 5:00 PM will be eligible for pickup the same week. Please bring your order confirmation when you come to collect your items.
